Interplay is a cape jacket inspired by the combination of Eastern and Western fashion. For this project, I used an original pattern that I made using butterflies as a motif. In both Eastern and Western fashion, there is a history of capes dating back to ancient times, which is why I used that as the base for my more modern design. The concept was for ladies to still be able to show off their beautiful formal wear underneath, while still being able to keep warm.
